We’re on a hunt for a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor ready to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. This is an on-the-tools role with a growth pathway into a hybrid leadership position, blending hands-on work with team management, project oversight, and strategic input.

What You’ll Do:

  • Delivering high-quality electrical work across residential, commercial, industrial, and communications projects

  • Supervising and supporting field staff to achieve top performance

  • Providing technical guidance, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership on site

  • Coordinating resources, scheduling, and project workflows to meet deadlines and budgets

  • Ensuring compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and company procedures

  • Driving a culture of pride in workmanship, customer service, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (Vic)

  • Strong on-the-tools capability with the ambition to step into a hybrid leadership role

  • Ability to inspire and guide other electricians and apprentices

  • Excellent organisational skills, job management, and communication skills

  • Problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude

  • Commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and customer service
